A) Do I need a membership to use Mingly?
Yes, access to experiences depends on your membership tier.
B) What are the different membership tiers?
Mingly offers tiered memberships that unlock different levels of access to events, venues, and exclusive services.
C) Can I upgrade my membership later?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time through the app.
D) Is there a free trial?
Free trials may be available during special promotions or launch periods.
E) Is my membership refundable?
Membership fees are non-refundable once activated unless stated otherwise
Ticket, Table, Experiences
I obtained a ticket to an Event. Can I send it to someone else?
At the moment all tickets and booking are tagged to the name of the account holder and are not transferrable.
I purchased a ticket to an event but won't be able to attend.Can I get a refund
All ticket , booking sales are final and not transferrable or refundable.

I own a venue or service—can I partner with Mingly?
Yes, you can apply to become a verified Mingly partner.
How do partners get paid?
Payments are processed automatically after successful bookings. Depending on country and your systems.

What can I book on Mingly?
You can book nightlife venues, VIP tables, events, private parties, entertainment, dining, yachts, experiences, and more.
Are all experiences instant booking?
Some bookings are instant, while others require confirmation depending on the venue or service.
Are prices the same as the venue?
Yes—or better. Some bookings include member-only pricing and perks.
Can I book for a group or special event?
Yes, group bookings and private events are supported.
